From swamp-club#4194. Live tests skip unless TEST_MONGODB_URI is set and CI does not set it, so about 80 tests never run there, including the ban read tests and the inbox sending tests. A bulk-error bug in createMany survived this way. Expected: CI runs them against a real Mongo, with verify-build kept in step.
