Follow-up from the swamp-club#4317 verify review (low). In agent-sessions/extensions/models/_lib/testdata/lockfile.ts, installExtensions copies the @swamp/git entry of the captured lockfile as the template for every entry it writes. If testdata/upstream_extensions.json is re-captured from a pull of another extension, the template is undefined, every entry becomes an empty object, and the tests still pass without exercising a real entry. Fix: take the first entry of the captured file, or fail loudly when the template is missing.
