The swamp skill has no guidance on workspaces. The routing table has no entry, and no reference file covers 'swamp workspace' (create, import, list, get, remove) or 'swamp start --workspace'.
Effect: an agent asked 'what are workspaces?' finds nothing in the skill and falls back to 'swamp help'.
Ask:
- Add a routing-table row for workspaces.
- Add a short guide: what a workspace is (a swamp repo tracked in the registry), the five commands, relation to 'swamp start', and how to target one from another folder (--repo-dir / SWAMP_REPO_DIR).
