#4315 @swamp/video/brand: customizable outro card (next steps, headline, per-video CTA)

Problem

The outro card can't be customized per video. outroHtml in brand/models/_lib/templates.ts hard-codes the headline ("It's time to build"), the line under it ("Thanks for watching."), and the contact rows (email, club handle, and a fixed Web: swamp-club.com). The only things a video can change are the presenter's cta and campaignUrl, which sit on the shared presenter instance, so changing them affects every video.

A tutorial wants its end card to tell viewers what to do next. For "Getting Started with Swamp", that means a short list of steps under "It's time to build":

1. Install swamp
2. Create an account at https://swamp-club.com
3. swamp auth login
4. swamp start

There's no way to show this today without editing the template.

Proposed solution

Add optional outro arguments to the cards method on @swamp/video/brand (they could also be passed through the video-edit workflow), each one falling back to today's behaviour:

• outroSteps: string[]: a numbered list under the headline. Render items in backticks in monospace so commands read as commands, and turn URLs into plain text.
• outroHeadline / outroThanks: replace "It's time to build" and "Thanks for watching."
• cta / campaignUrl: override the presenter's call to action for this video only, keeping the QR code. Example: "Join us on Discord" with https://discord.gg/swamp-club.
• An option to hide contact rows, e.g. outroContact: false, to make room when there are steps.

The layout has to handle 4–5 steps next to the QR card at 1920x1080 without crowding the presenter block. One idea: when steps are given, the steps replace the contact rows.

Alternatives

• Make brandDir able to supply a template override. That's more flexible but heavier for a common case.
• Keep separate presenter instances per call to action. That covers the call to action but not the steps or the headline.
