# Project

This repository is managed with [swamp](https://github.com/swamp-club/swamp).

This conflicts with having a master H1 "Project" outside the managed block for non-swamp conventions and guidelines. Personally I don't mind having multiple H1 in a doc, though some tools complain about it. My objection is combining that with H1 removes the master 'Project' itself from general use.
