Problem

Verifying a change through the lifecycle takes many round trips. Across 183 Lab issue sessions there was a median of 7 verify runs per session, and 1,602 commands touched workflow history or attestations. Verification (workflow runs, data queries, waiting) is about 6% of session cost, and the verify phase is 33%, though that includes real fixing after failed checks.

Proposed

A single call that runs the checks, waits, returns only the failures, and records the result and attestation.

Figures come from measuring local session transcripts on 2026-11-04. Categories used rough regex matching and cost shares assume standard cache and output pricing, so treat them as estimates.
