Problem

verification_passed → post_attestation → link_pr runs in that order in about 130 sessions, against a median of 19 lifecycle calls per session. Lifecycle method calls are about 7.5% of session cost. Each request reloads about 200K tokens of context, so a saved round trip is worth far more than smaller output.

Proposed

A way to do this sequence in one call.

Figures come from measuring local session transcripts on 2026-11-04. Categories used rough regex matching and cost shares assume standard cache and output pricing, so treat them as estimates.
