Resource-leak test failures on main: extension_rubric_scorer_test and worker_gateway_test

A version yanked via swamp extension yank is still presented as a current, active release on the website and in CLI search — there is no "yanked" indicator anywhere user-facing.

Repro (2026-06-12):

swamp extension yank @magistr/swamp-go-brr 2026.06.12.1 --reason "..." → CLI confirms: Yanked "@magistr/swamp-go-brr"@"2026.06.12.1".
Visit https://swamp-club.com/extensions/@magistr/swamp-go-brr → still shows v2026.06.12.1 as a current/active release ("published 1d ago"), with NO yanked/withdrawn indicator.
swamp extension search swamp-go-brr → still lists latestVersion: 2026.06.12.1 with yanked: null.

Expected: a yanked version must be reflected as yanked — on the website (a "yanked"/"withdrawn" badge, or excluded) and in extension search (set the yanked flag / drop it from latestVersion). Otherwise users can still discover and pull a version the author has explicitly withdrawn, which defeats the purpose of yank.
