feat(clickhouse): tracked archive→CH backfill tooling (backfill.sql)

On the website, the "03 TRAJECTORY" chart (the cumulative metric graph, labeled NEXT: BOG KEEPER) does not show the current day correctly. The x-axis runs at ~14-day ticks — Mar 1, Mar 15, Mar 29, Apr 12, Apr 26, May 10, May 24, Jun 7, and a final tick that should land on Jun 21 (today). Instead, the rightmost label is clipped by the chart's right boundary and renders as "Jun 2…", so the current day is not fully shown.

Steps to reproduce

Open the website and scroll to the "03 TRAJECTORY" section.
Look at the rightmost x-axis tick label.

Expected

The final x-axis tick reflects the current day and is fully legible (e.g. "Jun 21"), within the chart's bounds.

Actual

The final tick label is truncated to "Jun 2…", cut off at the right edge of the chart, so the current day cannot be read.
