Since PR #1842 (2244d313) telemetry is user-global: the spool lives at ~/.config/swamp/telemetry/ and repo-local .swamp/telemetry/ is legacy (only drained by repo upgrade migration). But .claude/skills/swamp/references/repo/references/structure.md still shows .swamp/telemetry/ ('Local telemetry data', 'events.jsonl') in the repo layout diagram and the file-inventory table as a current directory. The events.jsonl filename is also wrong — the spool holds telemetry--.json files. The skill reference should describe the user-global spool and mark repo-local telemetry as legacy/orphaned. Found while triaging Lab #1214; unrelated to that fix, filing separately.
