#2287 Make Compute Routes list usable without create-only global arguments

The generated @swamp/gcp/compute/routes GlobalArgsSchema marks destRange, name, network, and priority as required. Those are create-only Route fields, so every routes.list invocation fails global-argument validation unless callers supply unrelated synthetic values.\n\nPlease split create-only fields from shared global arguments, or make them optional in the global schema and validate them in create. The list method should require only GCP credentials/project plus its list options (filter, maxResults, orderBy, returnPartialSuccess, pagination).\n\nThis blocks read-only VPC route inventory workflows. No credentials or project identifiers are included in this report.
