Lab #3200: stagecraft: integration test 'studio watch: an unchanged follow sends nothing; an edit sends a definition event' fails on main (macOS)

Problem

stagecraft/integration/engine/studio_watch_test.ts, test 'studio watch: an unchanged follow sends nothing; an edit sends a definition event', fails consistently on a clean checkout of main at df7e6d4b9. The other two tests in the file pass.

The failure is an AssertionError: the expected definition event for factory team never matches after the file is rewritten. The run takes about 300ms, so it fails quickly rather than timing out on the 10s wait.

Environment

macOS (Darwin 27.0.0), swamp 20261007.214606.0-sha.b352b2cf, deno from the repo toolchain. It reproduces three runs out of three.

Impact

The stagecraft integration check in verification/checks.yaml runs this suite, so verify-build fails for any stagecraft change on this machine. This was found during swamp-club #3194, which does not touch studio_watch.ts or studio_files.ts.
