Lab #3634: extension install and extension pull leave different bundles for the same extension version

Found while reproducing swamp-club#3569 (swamp 20261019.142350.0-sha.0a022245, Linux).

In a scratch repo with @swamp/ssh 2026.10.16.1:

After extension pull @swamp/ssh --yes, .swamp/bundles//ssh.js is 602445 bytes. It inlines zod (an esbuild __export prelude) and carries a deno-cache path comment from a home directory (../../home/[REDACTED]/.swamp/deno-cache/npm/registry.npmjs.org/zod/4.3.6/...).
After deleting one tracked file and running extension install, which reinstalls the same version from the same archive, ssh.js is 77262 bytes and takes zod from globalThis.__swamp_zod.
extension list does not change either file. A later pull --yes restores the 602445-byte one.

Expected: both commands leave the same bundle for the same archive. Either one path re-bundles where the other copies the archive's pre-built bundle, or the archive's bundle inlines zod and leaks the publisher's cache path. Worth checking both: which path is intended, and whether pushed bundles should inline zod and carry absolute cache paths.

Extension scoring audits v2 archives exact-only and charges unaudited code, in the package and the CLI alike

extension push resolves the Deno config and import map the way Deno does: deno.jsonc, importMap file references and scopes

extension fmt --check writes deno.lock in deno.json mode, which push and quality then bundle against with --frozen
