Since swamp-club#3569 the lockfile files list is slash-canonical, but the reports built from it are mixed on Windows (found while triaging swamp-club#3654; no test fails on it):

installExtension result pruned: entries from the old lockfile entry use /, entries from the pruneSkillOrphans unclaimedUnder walk (join(dir, entry.name), src/libswamp/extensions/pull.ts ~1858) use the native backslash.
RemoveExtensionService failedFiles: tracked files use the / lockfile path, bundle namespace dirs use relative() (native), src/libswamp/extensions/remove_extension_service.ts ~339. retainedFiles uses /.
extractedFiles and createdPaths stay native.

Behaviour is correct (deletion goes through join, claims through canonicalClaimPath); only the reported paths in pull, update, rm and their --json output are inconsistent on Windows. Expected: one form per report, the lockfile's / form, applied where each list is built.
