Lab #4106: @swamp/video/hyprland: recording hotkeys, retake marker and phone-mirror window rules

Summary

@swamp/video/hyprland (private, optional, Linux/Hyprland only, depends on @swamp/video/obs, #4105; core is #4103): desktop integration for recording demos.

Keybindings for start recording, stop/keep, and mark retake. The retake marker fixes a real failure: on the reference recording a spoken "retake" was dropped by Whisper in two separate passes, so the cut had to be found by hand. The hotkey records a marker via the obs behavior; the core edit behavior cuts from the marker back to the start of the flubbed sentence.
Window rules so the phone-mirroring window (UxPlay, AirPlay receiver) opens floating at a fixed spot beside the webcam bubble. Phone mirroring setup (uxplay install, ufw ports 5353/udp, 7000-7001/tcp, 7100/tcp, 6000-6001/udp, 7011/udp with uxplay -p) documented, plus an optional launcher.
Never edit the user's own Hyprland files beyond a single source = line: everything goes into its own ~/.config/hypr/swamp-video.conf. Must coexist with Omarchy's config layout.
