Right now all of my Claude Code terminal windows titles start with Swamp-club-getting-started skill python launch command. I can't tell what each window is working on without clicking into them, and I have a minimum of 5-6 open at the same time. It would be great to get the title from the conversation, like Claude Code does natively.
