feat(clickhouse): tracked archive→CH backfill tooling (backfill.sql)

The "trademarks we are not licensing" section of TRADEMARKS.md embeds a third-party (System Initiative) symbol via an external CDN URL. It is the wrong mark for this project and pulls a logo asset from an external host.

Proposed solution

Replace the embedded symbol with the Swamp Club (SC) mark, vendored into the repo (sc-mark.png) and referenced relatively, so the reserved-trademark section shows our own mark and carries no external dependency or unrelated brand.

Alternatives considered

Keep the external URL but swap the asset — rejected; vendoring the mark removes the external-host dependency and keeps the policy doc self-contained.
