Part of epic #847. Deferred from the epic (coverage-gap items "out of scope … to be filed separately") and never filed. From scoring.md "Coverage gaps", measured against swamp-crm PHILOSOPHY #2/#3.

Gaps (each becomes a per-event grant once the event exists)

Drop-off uninstrumented. checkout_started has no completion event; sign_up has no first-command/activation event; no anon->identified funnel. The user who bounced is invisible.
Engagement surfaces dark. Lab ripples (lib/domain/lab/comment.ts), search (#755), and mentions emit/score nothing. (Feed comments are being removed — #844 — so that surface is closing, not instrumented.)
Network growth unrewarded. collective_invite_accepted fires, but the highest-value act — inviting someone who converts — earns no score.

Shape

Tracking issue; split into per-event-grant sub-tasks as each event surface is added. The grant model makes each one a one-line projection once emitted.

Acceptance

Per sub-item (TBD on split). This issue tracks the set.

I have at least 3 converts so far, I'd love those points to count for something!

Scorecard: beta/rc-only extensions show "not scored" despite successful scoring (GET /score resolves only latestVersion)
