Description

On /lab, the "shipped" section orders issues by issue number instead of the day they were actually shipped. Recently shipped work with a low issue number gets buried below older ships that happen to have higher numbers, so the list doesn't read as a chronological changelog.

Steps to reproduce

Open /lab
Look at the shipped section
Ordering follows issue number, not the date each issue was shipped

Expected

Shipped issues sorted by ship date (most recently shipped first).

Actual

Sorted by issue number.
