Problem statement

Paid subscribers are currently indistinguishable from free operatives across the site. There's no visible payoff for subscribing, and no way for others to see who's supporting the platform.

Proposed solution

Give subscribers visible flair wherever operatives appear:

Subscriber badge next to their name (feed, lab issues, ripples, leaderboard, member lists) — distinct from tier badges, which reflect score, not payment.
Popup profile summary: hovering/tapping an operative's name opens a small profile card (avatar, tier, score, collective) that prominently denotes subscriber status.
Possibly a subtle name treatment (e.g. a glint or accent) reserved for subscribers.

Note the existing distinction on /lab: the tier badge already reflects the author's paid plan separately from the Private privacy badge — this proposal extends subscriber visibility site-wide and adds the popup card.

Alternatives

Badge only, no popup card (smaller scope, less discoverable).
Show subscriber status only on the full profile page (weak visibility, little incentive).
Do nothing: subscribing stays invisible, weaker upsell.
