On /extensions the rail's facet counts (content type, platform, labels, updated) come from one cached aggregate per viewer over the whole registry (getFacetCounts via loadFacetCountsCached, keyed only by visibility and owner scope). They ignore q, the channel filter and the other selected facets, so a search for one operative's extensions still shows registry-wide counts beside it.

AGENTS.md: "A filter that narrows results narrows its facet counts too, on both render paths, and joins the cache key."

Expected: each facet group counts the filtered set, excluding only its own selection (disjunctive faceting), on the SSR render and the island's ?facets=1 refresh, with q, channel and facets joined to the cache key. Free-text queries need the counts computed over the $search path.

Split out of #3057 (result count and pager), which fixes the result total only.
