Found while verifying swamp-club#3376 (merge commit 8f3b1f30, which brings in #3070 unchanged).

integration/serve_filesystem_access_data_poller_test.ts:380 — 'AccessDataPoller: a grant created by a real method run through A stays staged on A and reaches B' failed in 2 of 3 verify-build runs on the same commit (the third passed), with:

AssertionError: Values are not equal: A's own run stays staged

Run alone (deno run test integration/serve_filesystem_access_data_poller_test.ts) it passed 6 of 6. The failures came under the full parallel suite in verify-build's worktree, so it looks timing-dependent. The rules ask tests to poll with waitFor rather than rely on timing; the staged-on-A assertion may be racing the poller.

Closing as a duplicate of #3393: same test (integration/serve_filesystem_access_data_poller_test.ts, "a grant created by a real method run through A stays staged on A and reaches B") and the same failure (A's own run stays staged: expected deny, got allow). #3393 has the failure rates on plain main and the likely cause, so follow-up goes there.
