Follow-up to swamp-club#4330, which joins takes end to end through takes on video-recut. Sometimes a forgotten bit belongs in the middle of the first take rather than after it. The stretch goal from 4330: a [splice ] marker in edit.txt that plays another take at that point. It changes edit.txt's format and how time maps through a take: captions, chapters, overlays and the bed all need the spliced position.
