#4461 Terminal report renderer prints HTML entities in table cells: a ' in a header shows as '

Running a behavior whose report has a markdown table cell containing a single quote prints the quote as the HTML entity in the terminal.

Repro: swamp behavior run on @swamp/cve/sshole 2026.11.05.1 (any target). Its report markdown has the header cell '' accts. The terminal table shows the header as '' accts. The report's markdown itself is correct (cve/sshole/extensions/reports/sshole_report.ts in swamp-extensions writes a plain quote), so the escaping happens in the CLI's terminal markdown rendering of table cells. Prose and list items outside the table print the quote correctly.

Expected: table cells print the literal character, as the rest of the report does.

Found while capturing sample output for the swamp-club /cve/sshole page (swamp-club#4453).
