Follow-up to swamp-club#4330. video-describe maps chapter times through one recording's edit list, so a joined video from video-recut with takes is not covered: describe stops because the joined name has no edit list. The joined render's video record now stores takes (recording, take, startSeconds, seconds), which gives describe what it needs: chapters would name a take and a raw time, map through that take's edit list, then add its start.
