Follow-up from swamp-club#3376.

Problem

After #3376, push places shared local modules at the archive root (lib/, _lib/, or _shared/ with rewritten imports) so the published source copy is complete. Pull stages only the known archive directories (models, workflows, bundles, vaults, datastores, reports, webhooks, files and their bundle dirs; src/libswamp/extensions/pull.ts stage calls), so those shared sources are extracted and dropped. The installed source copy stays incomplete: its imports do not resolve, a rebundle from source fails, and pull's safety analysis never sees them.

Expected

Pull installs root-level shared sources beside the kind directories so the installed source resolves the same way the archive does.
