Summary

integration/serve_v3_extension_lockfile_test.ts:240, 'v3 extension lockfile: serve extension.pull commits the new entry', failed once in a full verify-build run (run 7eba3fc3-c04b-44e8-a29a-cace1235ee4f, commit d4a15f30, a change touching only the workflow run index). runServeHere (integration/usecase_sync_fixtures.ts:639) got an error result instead of success: code extension_pull_failed, message An internal error occurred. Deno also printed: This program assigned to Object.prototype.proto, which Deno disables by default.

The same file passes on its own (4 passed), so it looks load- or order-dependent.

Environment

Linux x86_64, Deno 2.9.7, full deno run test suite (25554 tests) in a fresh verify-build worktree.
