Description

When an issue is shipped or implemented and you want to see the code / the commit / the PR, you have to go to "bog flow"->"in progress"->"PR merged" to see the PR, which is not so easy to find and requires clicking.

I propose that in the comment thanking the reporter and notifying them of it being merged and shipped, you change the word "merged" to be a link to the PR.
