Please expose searchAllResources as a typed, fully paginated project snapshot with an explicit maxAssets limit that fails instead of truncating. Persist only selected resource identity/type/location/state metadata, not resource payloads, and preserve caller-visible search-index coverage semantics. This supports project offboarding inventory without equating a lagging search index to proof of backup/retention completeness. Local assets extension adds inventory_project_metadata.
