After swamp-club #2785, a factory is the named model (for example team, of type @swamp/gatorwalk-factory/factory) and its factory definition is the YAML document in its globalArguments. The definition also carries its own name field (for example swamp-extensions), which work-item keys (new_key prefixes the key with it) and the run record and journal (definition name, digest, version) use. So one factory has two names. Decide whether to drop the definition's name field and use the model name, require them to match, or keep both with a documented reason. Decide before go-live (2026-10-14) if the field changes, since it is part of the definition format and the persisted run record. Raised during planning of swamp-club #2785.
