The authoring rules (#2818, references/authoring.md) ask for every loop to have a reason and every product to have a schema. validate checks neither today: default-cycle-bound covers the bound, not the reason. Proposed graph or schema warnings: (1) a transition back into a loop (a rework or revise edge) with no description; (2) an artifact or evidence with no schema and no kind: findings. Warnings, not errors, so existing factories still validate. The review-prompt rubric rule stays skill guidance; it cannot be checked mechanically.
