Problem Statement

When operating inside Windows, utilizing swamp presents problems -- WSL is an option to run the native binary but performance can vary depending on WSL version and various other things. Additionally, teaching Agents about platform-specific quirks like "run swamp via wsl.exe" are hard to reinforce and introduce their own issues such as mapping paths, copying credentials, losing track of where binaries are available, etc.

Proposed Solution

Release swamp as a windows binary (preferably via WinGet!)

Alternatives Considered

I have a fairly well structured "Platform: Windows" section that works well enough to utilize swamp inside WSL, albeit with issues.
