swamp-club#3119 makes swamp extension quality and push reject a directory (or any non-regular file) listed in additionalFiles or binaries, with a validation error naming the entry, instead of crashing with IsADirectory.

The manual should say so:

content/manual/reference/extensions/manifest.md, the additionalFiles and binaries sections: each entry names a single file; list a directory's files one by one.
The Push Checks table in the same file (it lists Symlinks as Not allowed): add a row for directories and other non-regular files.
content/manual/how-to/extensions/improve-score.md already says entries are copied verbatim and do not recurse; it could note that a directory entry is rejected.

Land after the swamp release that carries the swamp-club#3119 fix.
