workflow history outputs --json returns stdout values with trailing CRLF on Windows. The echo shim joins args correctly but the captured stdout includes \r\n line endings. Zod schemas using z.literal("goodbye") reject the value because it contains trailing whitespace. 2 UAT failures in workflow/history/outputs_test.ts. The product should trim or normalize line endings in the captured stdout field before persisting it. Discovered via Windows UAT runner swamp-uat#363.
