swamp quest --full lists three XP milestones for 'swamp extension publish' (x1 +350XP, x3 +500XP, x10 +700XP), but the actual CLI command is 'swamp extension push'. Running 'swamp extension publish' returns: error: Unknown command "publish". Did you mean "push"? The quest definitions appear to use a stale command name from before a rename.
