Part of the gatorwalk-factory rebuild of @swamp/software-factory (gatorwalk-factory/ in swamp-extensions). Shipped so far: GW-1..GW-9, the swamp-extensions lifecycle (#2630) and the tracker contract with the Linear adapter (GW-16, #2664). Read gatorwalk-factory/README.md and DESIGN.md first.

A lifecycle author needs to see the process they defined before a work item runs on it. GW-10 renders a lifecycle to a local static HTML page: the stage graph, each transition's gates, the human stops, the handoffs, and GW-9's graph findings with their traces. Decide how it is produced (a holder method that writes a file, a swamp report, or both) and record why.

Keep it self-contained (no network at view time). The plan's scope lever: if time is short, a Mermaid-only page is enough. Tests: rendering the shipped lifecycles, and a lifecycle with graph findings. Nothing is published.
