Follow-up to #2619 (GW-7, PR 339), from the verify-reviews adversarial review.

gatorwalk-factory/integration/harness.ts runs swamp --version through exec() directly, bypassing the repo helper that appends --no-telemetry. DESIGN.md (Tests on the real engine) says every swamp call runs with --no-telemetry, so the doc and the code disagree.

Fix: pass --no-telemetry on the version call too (or route it through the same helper), so the doc stays true. Low severity.
