Resource-leak test failures on main: extension_rubric_scorer_test and worker_gateway_test

The swamp Docker image is currently published under the systeminit Docker Hub organization. With swamp now operating under the swamp-club org, the Docker image should be relocated to match.

Proposed Solution

Move the Docker image to the swamp-club Docker Hub organization (or equivalent container registry under swamp-club).

This involves:

Creating the new image repository under the swamp-club org
Updating CI/CD pipelines to push to the new location
Updating documentation and installation instructions
Tagging a deprecation notice on the old systeminit image pointing users to the new location
Continuing to push to the old location for a transition period (with a deprecation label)

Alternatives

Keep it under systeminit — but this is inconsistent with the project's branding and creates confusion about ownership.
