Add swamp data delete command to remove a data artifact by model and name

Text sizing is inconsistent between the issue list and issue detail panel. The detail view's body text renders noticeably larger than the issue titles in the list alongside it, which feels visually off — the secondary content (description) shouldn't dominate the primary content (issue titles).

Steps to reproduce

Open /lab and select any issue with a description
Compare the font size of issue titles in the left-hand list with the body text in the right-hand detail panel
The detail body text is visibly larger than the list titles

Expected behavior

Text sizing should follow a consistent visual hierarchy across both views:

Issue titles in the list and detail view should be the dominant text
Description/body text should be the same size or smaller than titles, not larger
A consistent base font size should apply across list items and detail content
