The verify-reviews workflow at verification/workflow-verify-reviews.yaml fails to load with a UUID format validation error on the 'id' field: Invalid UUID. The workflow file's id field does not match the expected UUID format (8-4-4-4-12 hex). This blocks all pre-PR agent review verification runs. The workflow file likely has a placeholder or malformed id that needs to be regenerated.
