swamp-club/swamp#1136 adds a --timeout flag to workflow resume, matching workflow run. The manual reference (content/manual/reference/workflows.md) documents workflow resume and lists --timeout under workflow run, but does not list --timeout under the resume command reference. The flag accepts the same format: bare seconds (30, 1800) or duration strings (30s, 5m, 1h). When omitted, resume runs unbounded.
