The pi tool skill directory has been changed from .pi/skills/ to .agents/skills/ (matching all other AGENTS.md-based tools) in #1946. The table in content/manual/reference/repository-configuration.md currently shows .pi/skills/ for pi — it should be updated to .agents/skills/.
