feat(clickhouse): tracked archive→CH backfill tooling (backfill.sql)

#705 adds full audit hook support for GitHub Copilot. Previously, copilot was a minimal integration (AGENTS.md + .agents/skills/ only, no audit recording). Now swamp repo init --tool copilot also creates .github/hooks/swamp-audit.json with postToolUse/postToolUseFailure hooks that record audit data.

What needs updating

The Copilot how-to page in the manual (content/manual/how-to/ai-agents/copilot.md in swamp-club) needs:

"What this sets up" section — add mention of .github/hooks/swamp-audit.json
New "Audit recording" section — explain that Copilot now records tool usage via hooks
Prerequisites — mention Copilot CLI for CLI-based audit recording
