Lab: Bog flow: text rendering and layout issues

Description

The bog flow modal has text rendering and layout problems across its views.

Dates are oversized - timestamps render too large relative to the content, competing visually with the issue text instead of being secondary metadata.
Text blocks in the summary area run together without clear visual separation. Plan summaries lack visual hierarchy and breathing room between entries.
In the expanded detail view, text wraps awkwardly, long file paths do not break well, and markdown content (numbered lists, inline code, links) needs tighter styling.

Steps to reproduce

Open the bog flow modal on any issue with plan content
Observe the date sizing relative to surrounding text
Note the text running together without clear visual breaks
Scroll through the detail content and note uneven text wrapping

Expected behavior

Dates rendered as small muted metadata (smaller font, text-hud-muted)
Visual breathing room and clear separation between entries in the summary view
Clean text wrapping with proper markdown element styling and consistent line height
