swamp-club#331 adds a structured run namespace to the CEL expression context. content/manual/reference/cel-expressions.md needs a 'Workflow Run Context' section documenting run.id, run.workflowId, run.workflowName, run.startedAt, run.tags with run-scoped resource key examples. See design/expressions.md in the swamp repo for the canonical docs.
