Resource-leak test failures on main: extension_rubric_scorer_test and worker_gateway_test

content/manual/reference/vaults.md in the swamp-club repo shows inline secret values in several places (lines 228, 239-240, 610, 890-891) without adequate warning that this exposes secrets in shell history, process tables, and logs. Same issue as #576 but for the user-facing manual. Suggested fix: lead with interactive/piped patterns, demote inline KEY=VALUE. Context: fixed in skill files via #1531.
