The tls-and-proxies.md reference page in the manual documents --ca-cert and SWAMP_CA_CERT for --server commands but doesn't mention swamp worker connect, which now also supports these options.

Issue #1843 added --ca-cert <path> flag and SWAMP_CA_CERT env var support to swamp worker connect, matching the existing --server command behavior.
