What changed

The --detach-runs flag has been deprecated in swamp serve. HA mode is now detected automatically based on the datastore configuration.

Manual pages to update (in swamp-club/swamp-club)

Mark --detach-runs as deprecated (accepted but no effect)
Update --heartbeat-interval, --stale-ttl, --reconciliation-interval: replace "Only used with --detach-runs" with "Only effective with a control-plane-capable datastore"
Document the new instanceId field in /ready response

Rewrite "Enable detached runs" section — HA is auto-detected
Remove --detach-runs from examples
Note the flag is deprecated
