content/manual/reference/swamp-serve/hot-reload.md — "Reload behavior" section only lists extension bundle reload (steps 1-3). Add a step for trust list refresh: on SIGHUP, the server now also re-reads .swamp.yaml and refreshes the auto-resolver's trusted collectives.
content/manual/how-to/swamp-serve/reload-extensions-without-restart.md — Only covers the extension pull + reload flow. Add a section showing the trust list use case: swamp extension trust add followed by swamp serve reload to pick up the change without restarting.
content/manual/reference/swamp-serve/serve-flags.md — The --hot-reload flag description says "hot-reload for pulled extension bundles". Update to mention trust list refresh as well.
