The CLI now supports --token-file and SWAMP_SERVER_TOKEN_FILE for all --server subcommands (#2114). The manual reference docs need updating to cover the new flag, env var, and updated token resolution precedence.

Fixed in #1200. Added --token-file / SWAMP_SERVER_TOKEN_FILE to every swamp access subcommand flag table that already had --token, and added a Token resolution section documenting the full precedence order (--token, --token-file, stored credential).
